Log into your Goods Basket account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include the printed packing slip inside the box.
Drop Off the Package
Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
